Fallout New Vegas crashes when Radio New Vegas is turned on (22380) #1056. Just run the game with the settings above and it should replicate the error. Bethesda Softworks announced on October 18, 2010, that downloadable content would be available for Fallout: New Vegas, in keeping with its predecessor Fallout 3. Between December 2010 and September 2011, four major story add-ons were published for Fallout: New Vegas: Dead Money, Honest Hearts, Old World Blues and Lonesome Road. Aug 30, 2012 Now that Dark Souls is out for PC, is anyone planning or know of any plans to rip armours from the game? I would really like to see a lot of those armours in Skyrim. I know that, geographically, it wouldn’t make sense for Area 51 to be part of the new Vegas map, but.Obsidian could have taken some creative liberties and included it as a location. It could’ve had some crazy alien faction with super advanced technology and an intense backstory ripe with Area 51 conspiracy theories, or it simply could’ve been an Air Force base chock full of feral ghouls. Maybe it could’ve had an elite society of scientists who survived the war working on crazy technologies or some kind of ghoul antidote. What do you guys think of this?. # This file was automatically generated by Mod Organizer.Fallout3.esmAnchorage.esmThePitt.esmStreetLights.esmBrokenSteel.esmPointLookout.esmZeta.esmUnofficial Fallout 3 Patch.esmaHUD.esmEVE.esmiHUD.esmFellout-Anchorage.espFellout-BrokenSteel.espFellout-PointLookout.espFellout-pipboylight.espFellout-Zeta.espmegalight.espFellout-Full.espI am fresh out of ideas so any help from you guys would be greatly appreciated!Other than this problem, I am having a blast with MO! I successfully modded my Skyrim back to it's previous state within a few hours!Thank you for your time.Edited by RevReese, 20 April 2015 - 10:51 AM. Thank you for your reply!I have had a good read through the linked guide, but the problem persists.I tried to run the fallout launcher but the Application load error popped up immediately, both within MO and externally and non of the other suggestions seemed relevant except for the Fallout 3 Dual-Core and Multi-Core Fix ini tweak which I have already done.I have also cleaned the DLC esm's as per the guide. Now they do not appear on the left pane but the plugins still appear on the right pane. Also, the cleaned esm's now appear in my 'overwrite' mod along with 'FO3Edit Backups'. What do I need to do with them now?I don't know what else to try.Edited by RevReese, 21 April 2015 - 03:01 AM. In MO the overwrite folder has the highest priority, so any files in there will always overwrite any lower priority file. As these are the game base files you want other mods to overwrite them. Right clicking on the overwrite folder will give you the option to create a mod out of it. Give it a name and move the mod to the lowest priority slot in the left pane.My personal preference is to copy the base game files one at a time into their own mod, move it to the proper priority, activate it and then clean it in Tesedit. This preserves the original file and location so the game can be run from Steam without a problem when needed.A word on cleaning. Things can go wrong and do at times with the cleaning. I have had a base game file get corrupt and cause all sorts of problems. Doing the cleaning this way lets me deactivate the cleaned version and test again. If my problem goes away then it is a simple matter of cleaning again. This method may not be popular with others, but it works for me. Thank you for your reply. There is a fose log in the fo3 directory that may be useful. Run the fose loader and let it crash. Open the fose.log and post the contents here.fose log:launching: Fallout3.exe (D:SteamSteamAppscommonFallout 3 gotyFallout3.exe)crc = FE5B82AEhook call addr = 00C05F61load lib addr = 00D9B0F0dll = D:SteamSteamAppscommonFallout 3 gotyfose17.dllremote memory = 001E0000old winmain = 006EE300launchingRunning through steam loads the game, loading by clicking foseloader loads the game, but neither of these notice my mods. My first post here!OP, myself and others have had a similar issue to what you've described. As stupid as it may seem, the 'fix' is to copy/paste the Steam.exe directly into your New Vegas directory/game folder (not 'Data' folder). Then launch the game through MO. Try it, if it works, great! If not you can always delete the.exe back out of there.I have tried this and the application load error does not appear but loading FOSE simply loads up the fallout launcher (again no mods but better than an instant crash).EDIT: I tried this again and immediately get the crash and accompanying error: P. Because misery loves company. I have what appears to be the same problem. The difference is that I uninstalled GOTY, and had Steam re-install. Thus, I am running with just the Bethesda DLC and FOSE. Like RevReese, both the patched Fallout 3 exe and FOSE run fine outside of MO.Windows 8.1 (x64). Steam version of GOTY (US). Mod Organizer 1.3.4. Note that Fallout3.exe also fails when launched from MO. Hey, I just bought Fallout NV in the summer sale, but right after installing it there is a problem. Some areas in every house, room or any area outside are just turned down to a very low texture, mostly just one color and every NPC standing in one of these areas also becomes low texture. This wouldn't be a problem to me, but after 3-4 minutes of gameplay, the game crashes. Fallout New Vegas Error Code 51I wanted to get the full error message after the crash, but it just keeps on searching for an error and never succeeds. Here some screenshots:Here my specs:iMac (21,5', Ende 2013)processor: 2,7 GHz Intel Core i5RAM: 8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3Graphics card: Intel Iris Pro 1536 MBI hope you can help me with this, best regards,HerrRoetger. This one worked for me1. Download this 4Gb patcher (FNV4GB-1-9)2. Rename and backup Your original 'FalloutNVLauncher'3. Put 'FalloutNVLauncher' and 'fnv4gbhelper' from 'FNV4GB-1-9.zip' inside FNV folder.4. Now when launching You will not have launcher option but FNV will start with large memory adress enabled.5. If Yoy want to change startup option bring back Your original 'FalloutNVLauncher' (and be realistic with resolution and settings:)- in others You can find some other usefull performance mods (Anti crash, stutter remover, script extender) plus my favorite 'FNV Realistic Wasteland Lighting' which greatly enhance graphics without any performance degradation like enb mods. Posted: I gave that a shot, but it didn't work for me.Now, the weird thing is that I tried the game with Wine, and it worked fine, even without adding a patch to it. No problem with the textures popping in and out. Very bizarre given that Crossover is basically the paid/supported version of Wine. And, I don't know exact number, but large portion of Wine patches come from Codeweavers employees.Check here:Now why sometimes plain Wine works better than CrossOver is probably that Codeweavers must be conservative with releases regarding their business customers.I think they are fine if you support them and use plain Wine distributions but than again this sometimes makes undeserved bad picture for Crossover. Also You can try CrossOver night builds.
